Staff Handheld Device System
The staff handheld device can assist correctional officers in performing their duties and supervising PICs more effectively. By using the handheld device, officers can perform duties such as verifying PICs' identities, conducting muster counts and receiving various work-related messages, etc., which not only enhances work efficiency, but also reduces the consumption of paper significantly. Moreover, correctional officers inside institutions can make calls to designated relatives and friends through the device so as to enable them to maintain an appropriate degree of contact externally, thereby improving the working conditions of staff members.
Intelligent Interactive Teaching System
The system is equipped with various advanced teaching equipment, such as an electronic whiteboard with a video player and a personal tablet, to enable training and teaching staff to forward instantly their teaching notes hand-written on the electronic whiteboard to the personal tablets of the recruit officers, who at the same time, can share their written notes among themselves through the whiteboard. With a variety of teaching equipment, the system can strengthen effectively the interaction between training and teaching staff and recruit officers during lessons, thereby enhancing the teaching quality.
