The Correctional Services Department is now launching the Social Visit e-Booking Service. Registered user can make an appointment on Social Visit at the Website of Correctional Services Department. Social Visit e-Booking Service can make advance booking within 7 days. You can also change, cancel or enquire about the appointment you have made. In addition, the Correctional Services Department is now launching the Approved Hand-in Articles e-Ordering Service”. Registered user can purchase approved hand-in articles for a person in custody via online platform. The articles will be directly delivered to the correctional institution concerned by the supplier. 1) Remand Persons in Custody

Notes: (for Remand Persons in Custody)
1. For security reason, visitors should not arrive at the institution earlier than 8:00 a.m.
2. Visitors must be registered 60 minutes prior to the end of the visiting hours.
3. Due to the management requirement, visitors may be required to wait a bit longer.
 

2) Convicted Persons in Custody

Notes: (for convicted Persons in Custody)
1. Visitors should not arrive at the institution earlier than 1:30 p.m.
2. Visitors must be registered 30 minutes prior to the end of the visiting hours.
3. Due to the management requirement, visitors may be required to wait a bit longer.

The Correctional Services Department is now launching the Official Visit e-Booking System. Registered user can save telephone booking time by making use of this online service to make an appointment on Official Visit at the Website of Correctional Services Department. Official Visit e-Booking Service can make advance booking within 7 days (Except Saturday afternoon, Sunday and public holiday). Procurement of Private Food for Prisoner Awaiting Trial (Prisoner on Remand)

According to the Law of HK Chapter 234A, Rule 192, every prisoner awaiting trial may procure for himself or receive food. In order to meet with the management and security requirement, the Centre shall only allow licensed restaurant to supply food for the prisoners awaiting trial.
