Positive Energy Map
The Correctional Services Department has launched the “Positive Energy Map” programme since 2015 to establish a comprehensive database of community resources by categories of regions and non-governmental organizations' services. Through referring rehabilitated offenders to various community activities organized by NGOs, the programme encourages them to cultivate healthy interests, maintain positive values, and establish new social circles.
